Mystery craftsperson, Syston Knitting Banxy, is playing a special role to promote an upcoming show celebrating the work of Aardman, the creators of Wallace and Gromit.
Seven churches in the Melton Mowbray Team Parish family are taking part in this year’s annual Ride+Stride event which raises money to help repair and maintain these historic buildings.
It's currently the 20th anniversary of community radio and the success of the sector was celebrated last Saturday with a ‘Summer Gathering’ organised by the Community Media Association at Melton Borough Council’s offices.
