The Old Brickyard Tea Garden in Scalford hosted the evening for those curious about the vastness of space.

Budding astronomers and amateur stargazers were given the opportunity to look through telescopes, navigate the stars and relax with a cup of tea and a piece of cake.

Anna Stasinska owner of the tearoom said: “It was a brilliant evening, full of wonderful people, telescopes and a magnificently clear, starry, dark sky.”
