Public invited to visit historic Harlaxton Manor
Another rare opportunity to tour Harlaxton Manor will be possible next Sunday.
The site is usually closed to the public but it’s opening for tours of the grounds and manor itself as well as refreshments.
Programme and events manager Simon Hawkes said: “As a busy working university campus, Harlaxton College is not able to open to the public regularly and therefore these opportunities to view the manor and grounds are quite rare.”
The manor will be open between 11am and 5pm. Admission is £10 for adults, £7.50 for senior citizens and students and £2.50 for children under 12. A family ticket (up to three children) is £22.50.
