Get into the spirit of Spring with Creation Station, coming to the Guildhall tomorrow, from 10am to 12 noon. The kids’ art and crafts classes are suitable for one to 11-year-olds so there’s no problem with siblings of different ages. What so many of the parents love is that they can bring the whole family, even visiting relatives and friends, and the children will all enjoy it and want to come back. £8 each child, £5 for siblings. Parents to stay for

free.

NITS Play Games is bringing its two-day workshopto the Guildhall on Tuesday, April 5 to Wednesday, April 6, 10am to 3.30pm. Workshops are made up of dance, singing and drama which lead to a performance. They are suitable for beginners and for experienced performers. The play is partly pre-structured and partly improvised. Most important of all, the Sessions are fun, an ideal way for young people interested in theatre to spend part of their school holidays. Ages six to 16-year-olds, £30 for each child. Performance at 3pm on Wednesday, April 6.

On April 7, take part in an animated movie making workshop, from 10am to 4pm. Have fun working in small groups to make your characters come to life with the magic of stop motion animation. For seven to 11-year-olds, £28 per place.
