Belvoir Vale Bowls Club President's Day produces fitting winner
Belvoir Vale Bowls Club president John Law welcomed members, relatives and friends to the Hose-based club for the annual Presidents Day.
The afternoon began with a spider competition, won by vice=president Viv Pugh who will succeed John as president next year at the end of his two-year stint.
This was followed by a combination of triples and rinks competitions and the day was rounded off with a buffet meal prepared by the club’s ladies.
