Two of the nation's favourite alcoholic tipples are cold cider and crisp rosé wine - but what if you can’t choose between the two? Well, now you don’t have to.

Strongbow has announced a new rosé flavoured cider - this is everything you need to know about it.

Strongbow Rosé

The new drink from Strongbow is made using blush red apples and is described as “your perfect partner”, no matter what the weather in the UK might have in store for us.

Rachel Holms, brand director for Strongbow, said, “We’re really excited about the latest edition to our range of refreshing ciders.

“Not only is Strongbow Rosé the most successful recipe we’ve ever tested, we’ve also got exciting launch plans this summer to make sure as many people as possible get to try it.”

The company says that the new product from Strongbow is “perfect for any occasion, from sunny festivals to BBQs in the rain”.

The Strongbow rosé does not contain any artificial sweeteners, flavours or colours.

How much does it cost and where can I buy it?

The drink comes in a variety of bottle sizes and packs, so you’ll be able to pick one that suits your occasion.

You’ll be able to get your hands on either a 500ml bottle for £1.50, a pack of four 440ml cans for £5.25 or 10 440ml cans for £12.
