It’s one of four fundraising carol concerts in the region aiming to generate much needed cash for the service, which goes on lifesaving missions every day.

The others are at Northampton (December 2), Rugby (December 4) and Stratford upon Avon on December 8.

Morgan Turnbull, junior events manager for the charity, said: “Our Christmas carol concerts are a way for us to teach the local community about our charity and our vital missions.

“Every person who attends these events is helping to keep our crews available 24/7, 365 days a year, when every second counts.”

The Air Ambulance Service invites audience members to celebrate this magical season while helping to support the charity’s Big Bases Appeal, ensuring your local Air Ambulance and the National Children’s Air Ambulance have the facilities needed to continue providing lifesaving care for generations to come.

The evening will include performances from a range of wonderful choirs, festive refreshments including mulled wine, as well as a Christmas tombola, with fantastic prizes to be won.

The charity receives no government or National Lottery funding, so they rely on the support from the local community to raise the much-needed funds for each lifesaving mission.
