Call to join Melton Country Park clean-up
More volunteers are being encouraged to muck in to help clean up Melton Country Park tomorrow (Saturday, July 2).
Friends of Melton Country Park and staff from McDonalds will be among those litter picking in the park from 10am. Other work being done will include bluebell planting and hedge trimming.
Any volunteers who would like to help can meet at the visitor’s centre at about 9.45am. Litter picking equipment and vests will be provided.
