Stolen van abandoned in remote Melton country lane has now been recovered by police
A stolen van that was abandoned in a remote country lane in the Melton area has now been recovered by police.
The badly damaged vehicle was reported to police, who visited the site at the weekend are now investigating the matter.
"Having run some checks it turned out the vehicle was stolen so I arranged to have it forensically recovered so further investigations can be carried out," said PCSO French.
