The winners will meet Leicester Road in the final at Holmes Park on Tuesday, May 2.
After a blank weekend in the fixture schedule, Holwell are back in East Midlands Counties League action on Saturday when they travel to Belper United (kick-off 3pm).
A run of four wins from their last five matches have lifted Holwell up to 11th in the league and in sight of a top 10 finish. Goals have also been coming thick and fast of late for the Asfordby Hill side who have found the net 18 times in this sequence, including a 7-1 thumping of bottom side Ellistown last time out.

The Derbyshire side also won the reverse fixture back in October when goals from Tim Perry and Sam Vickers gave them a 2-0 win at Welby Road.
