Buy remaining 'after dinner' tickets to charity Halloween masquerade ball at Brooksby Hall

A charity Halloween masquerade ball is being held at Brooksby Hall on Saturday, October 29, to raise money for Pablo's Horse Sanctuary in Long Clawson.

The event is being organised by Chadwell resident Chloe Jardine-Price who formerly won Miss Rutland. She is hoping that her forthcoming ball will raise much needed funds for the sanctuary which relies entirely on donations.

She said: “After winning Miss Rutland last year, I found that I really enjoyed organising charity events and coming up with new fundraising ideas.

“This encouraged me to go one step further and arrange a Halloween masquerade ball. I thought it would be a great opportunity for people to enjoy an organised night out locally and raise money for a charity at the same time.

“I am raising funds for the horse sanctuary Pablo’s who’re struggling financially. The UK has a huge problem with overbreeding of horses and horse abandonment. The centre is currently looking after 93 horses which as you can imagine is a huge financial strain.”

The ball which starts at 7pm, and includes a welcome glass of bubbly and a three course meal is already a sell out. However, “after dinner” tickets are still available at £10, meaning guests can arrive after 9.30pm and still enjoy the evening.

The fundraiser will include music from Crazy Ape and entertainment from magician David Oakley who will perform his myriad tricks.

There will also be a photo booth and a raffle with luxurious prizes from Avon, restaurant La Torre and many others.

Entry or raffle tickets for the evening which aims to raise £1,000 can be bought from Chloe on 07743 591271. The cut off date for purcahsing tickets to the event is Monday.
