Asfordby FC Lions ease past Harborough
The visitors started well, but Harborough took an early lead with a breakaway goal.

The Lions defence of Wainman, Joliffe, Cook and Wallis did well to clear any danger, and when Wade collected the ball in his box and launched a long ball forward, London made it 2-1 with an unstoppable shot.
Nearing half-time, Hill was replaced by McCracken, and the smallest player on the pitch promptly won a header against a much taller opponent, and Joliffe made it 3-1 with a well-struck shot.
Second half substitutions saw Hewkin and Herod replace Addy and Joliffe, and Hill return, and Asfordby’s confidence grew as the light faded.

Late on, Cook, playing as sweeper, cleared a long ball through to Hill who timed his run well, allowing for the bounce to round the keeper and complete the scoring with his second of the game.
