Kirby Bellars man charged with illegal foxhunting
A Kirby Bellars man is to appear in court tomorow (Wednesday) charged with illegally hunting a fox.
John Finnegan (34), of Gaddesby Lane, will face Leicester Magistrates with 29-year-old Rhys Matcham, of Kennel Drive, Badminton, South Gloucestershire, accused of hunting a wild mammal with dogs.
The charges relate to an incident on land at Breedon-on-the-Hill, a Leicestershire village near the Derbyshire border, on February 4 this year.
The two men have been charged with offences under Section 1 of the Hunting Act 2004.
