Music features heavily in the season with a mixture of tributes and original artists across many decades and genres heading for the venue. Highlights include Cash and Carter, who will bring an authentic recreation of the Johnny Cash live show on October 4, Beatles Tribute, The Silver Threetles will be performing their show Come Together on October 12 and Kast Off Kinks, featuring former members of the original legendary band, will delight you with all the iconic Kinks hits and more on November 11. The Bon Jovi Experience, October 18, and The Steps Experience, November 9, are also both guaranteed to get audiences singing along.

Comedy plays a big part too as Nish Kumar and Seann Walsh bring their touring shows to Melton. Brilliant entertainer Danny Baker returns on September 26 for a night of epic storytelling and comedy legends Nicholas Parsons and Jeremy Hardy bring their superb one man shows in October respectively. Several mixed bill comedy nights in partnership with The Comedy store, featuring the best in stand up from around the globe, have also been scheduled.

Sports fans will have the opportunity to see cycling commentator Ned Boulting recreate the all drama of the Tour de France race live on stage with his show Tour de Ned on October 11. Retired cricketing legend Henry Blofeld visits the venue again in October to celebrate 50 years of commentating on international cricket, and TT racing’s Ian Hutchinson is lined up to appear in November.

No season would be complete without theatre groups treading the boards. The Melton Musical Theatre Company will be telling the extraordinary tale of Sweeney Todd and Trevonne present Dick Whittington as their 40th anniversary pantomime.

The season closes with Trio Entertainment’s pantomime. This Christmas, family favourite Stuart Earp is Aladdin and will be joined by Eastenders’ Ricky Groves as the evil Abanazar.
