Volunteers needed to help with running of village's skittles tournament
Organisers of a village skittle tournament are appealing for volunteers to help run it.
Thrussington’s traditional skittles event runs from Friday June 24 to 26.
An advertisement in Thrussington Life (the village’s monthly magazine), said: “We would welcome volunteers to help run skittles again this year, either in the wood yard or on the stalls on all three days. Any help would be appreciated in helping the village hall to make skittles a success.”
A cake stall will be held on the Sunday afternoon with a grand prize draw taking place at 4pm.
