Seven Melton neighbours scoop a grand on the Lottery

The householders, who live on Fleming Drive, scooped the cash prizes thanks to sharing a very lucky postcode.

The windfall came about when LE13 1DE was announced as a Daily Prize winner with People’s Postcode Lottery on Sunday.

Judie McCourt, an ambassador for the Lottery, said: “What a lovely surprise to end the week, I’m thrilled for all of our winners in Melton Mowbray.

“I hope they enjoy spending the win and treat themselves with the prize money.”
