120 jobs to be created at revamped Six Hills business park
Work on the development of the Six Hills Business Park is nearing completion on the former AA training centre just off the A46.
It is hoped the 44,000 sq ft park will eventually be home for up to 15 individual businesses with commercial workspace also available for up to seven enterprises.

One of the first companies to move onto the park is vehicle rental and leasing firm Global Go and it is hoped other national companies will soon follow in their footsteps.
The regeneration comes two years after the closure of the training centre, which triggered a number of job losses and left the building neglected.
Six Hills co-owner Gareth Jones, said: “This was a large employer for the Melton and Charnwood areas until a few years ago and we expect the development to attract between 100 to 120 jobs.

Mr Jones added: “The facility is located in a really good position with excellent road and rail links for the UK as well as being well placed to support Loughborough, Leicester and Nottingham.
“But above all what’s great about the site is its facilities, particularly in these difficult times where costs need to be managed and where remote management is not working from either a professional, social or a well-being perspective.
“It’s a perfect spot for temporary relocation as businesses get back to some level of safe normality.”
