Scarecrow Festival fun lined up at Hickling for all the family

Hickling is holding its annual Scarecrow Festival next weekend with plenty of fun for all the family.

Villagers will create scarecrows based on the theme Comedy Classic moments that have made them smile.

As well as the popular guess the scarecrow competition there will be a craft fair, street market, refreshments, a fair and JRVS Falconry.

The festival on Saturday and Sunday (September 10 and 11), from 10am to 5pm, is supporting Alzheimer’s research and village groups.

Admission is £2 per adult to view the scarecrows.
