Melton act victorious in charity talent contest

Five piece band Nazarene have won the hotly contested final of the first ever charitable Melton's Got Talent show.

On Saturday, the group, minus their usual drummer electrified the audience with a high energy performance in a competition which the four judges said was an extremely high standard.

The event staged at the Royal British Legion Club was held in aid of the Sue Ryder Foundation - a charity which provides hospice and neurological care for people facing a frightening, life changing diagnosis.
