Competition ticket winners for Melton Mowbray comedy show
The winners of last week’s Melton Times competition to win two pairs of tickets to this weekend’s comedy show at the Stockyard have been drawn.
We asked you to name the comedian (Peter Kay) who wrote and starred in the TV show, Phoenix Nights, and all correct entries were then entered into random draw.
The winners were: Nigel Hubbard, of Melton Mowbray; and Aileen Thorold, of Melton Mowbray.
Organisers should have been in contact with both winners to send tickets for the show to them.
Paul Foot, a comic known for his surreal and eccentric performances, is headlining the event, hosted by the Just The Tonic Comedy Club, on Saturday, at 7.30pm.
Also on the bill are Mike Newall, Ben Silver and Rob Mulholland, with doors opening at 6.30pm and the show beginning at 7.30pm.
Angelos Epithemiou is headlining the June 20 Melton show and Paul Sinha is top of the bill on Saturday July 11.
