Swallowdale School pupils run for Matt Hampson Foundation

A total of 350 children took part in a fun run at Swallowdale Primary School in aid of the Matt Hampson Foundation.

Pupils could use any PE equipment they wanted with which to run laps of the school field or hall.

Some chose to run backwards, others chose to run while balancing a tennis ball on a racket and others dribbled a football for a lap.

The event was part of Healthy Schools Week and raised £260 for Matt Hampson’s Foundation as part of his Get Busy Living Campaign to support athletes who are injured through sport.
