The race comprises of two 5km runs, along a flat out-and-back course, either side of an 18km bike ride which climbs a sharp hill up to Eastwell before following the top of the escarpment and then turns left away from Belvoir Castle and back to Stathern.

Proceeds from the event will help provide quality sports coaching opportunities for Stathern Primary School and young people in the village, and this year Cancer Research UK has been chosen as a charity partner to whom organisers will make a donation.
