Personal best times for two Striders
A group of Stilton Striders travelled to Nottingham for the Robin Hood Marathon.
There was also a half marathon option which included the British Half Marathon Championship, seeing more than 6,000 finishers crossing the line.
The course offered a testing first few miles on closed roads around the city.
First back for the Striders in the half marathon, claiming an amazing 28th position, was Jason Barton.
He clocked a personal best time of 1: 15:56.
Next back was Luke Eggleston in 84th, another great PB of 1:23:58.
Darren Glover was 142nd in 1:26:55 and the first lady home for the club was Natalie Teece, 261st in 1:31:18.
Alan Thompson (1:33:36), Matt White (1:40:53), Nick Pryke (1:54:10), Sarah Lawrence (1:54:34), Julie Jaggard (2:05:17) and Alexandra Fairhurst (2:29:13) also finished the half marathon.
Stuart Shaw ran the full marathon and finished in an excellent 91st place in 3:21:40.
