Beckhurst is in top spot despite difficult conditions

Saturday was a struggle following the prvious day’s heavy snow.

On Serpent, Steve Beckhurst claimed the winning weight of 27lbs with Brian Nicholls second (17lbs) .

Mick West (10lbs) was the other section winner.

Last Wednesday’s match saw Martin Quilter take top spot with 40lbs on Marina, with John Cooke second (21lbs).

The other section winner was Gary Smith (14lbs).

Sunday’s Map Elite Qualifier, held on River and Stream, was won by Dave Smith.
