Lakeview Fishery: Lee and Parnell through to Middy final
Lee caught an amazing 105lb 9oz, off peg 9 on stream to win last Wednesday’s match. Brian Greenbury took Saturday’s top spot with 64lb 13oz off peg six on canal, but fourth-placed Parnell qualified by default after taking 57lb 1oz from canal peg 12.
Greenbury used pellet to land carp, skimmers, F1s and tench, fishing down the track and over. Darren Bamford drew the golden peg on stream and won his lake with 56lb 8oz to earn an added £70 bonus.
