The team is managed by Lee Barlow who worked with John Ferneley sports ambassador Paul Jacobs to give the girls the chance to compete in school events despite difficulties fitting into an already crowded school sports programme.

Paul and Lee would like to appeal to any local businesses who would be interested in sponsoring the girls for the national finals.

The team’s success means they have already spent the money allocated by the school.
