Stableford win for Dorne at Stoke Rochford GC

Eleven ladies took part in the Wednesday Early Bird Stableford competition at Stoke Rochford Golf Club last week.

Dorne Werner took first place with 33 points with Sheila Dugmore in second place with 32 points.

Amanda Lewis was third with 31 points.

Forty-seven Stoke Rochford Seniors played an individual stableford competition on Wednesday in good weather conditions.

The winner was Glyn Staines with 40 points.

Peter Tate was the runner-up with 38 points and, in third place on countback, was David Hamilton with 36 points.

Saturday’s Ladies’ charity competitions was cancelled due to bad weather and will now be played at a later date to be confirmed.
