The popular Race to Woodhall Spa has been re-christened Sprint to Woodhall Spa (SWS) and four of the 12 qualifying matches have been played.

This week sees the Senior Men’s Summer Open with a field of over 140 expected and on Sunday, August 16, the annual Pork Pie Open generously sponsored by Dickinsen and Morris, which is fully booked as always with a field of over 200.

There has been a huge influx of new and returning previous members, with everyone taking advantage of a well-presented course and superb greens thanks to a new greens mower.

In the phased re-opening, the Clubhouse facilities are now available albeit with appropriate safety rules in place and the Halfway House is also up and running on Saturdays now.
