Upton hat-trick inspires Holwell comeback

Holwell Sports Reserves staged a dramatic second-half comeback to claim a high-scoring win in the Leicestershire Senior League Championship on Saturday.

Sports trailed 3-1 at home to Desford, but fought back to win 6-4 thanks to a hat-trick from Jayson Upton, a brace from first teamer Tom Harris and Harry Forfar’s strike.

Two goals each from Simon Goodman and Sean Warrilow had appeared to put the visitors on track for three points.
