Mowbray Rangers go unbeaten at Holwell Sports' new tournament
Holwell Sports FC played host to the inaugural Under 10s Festival of Football tournament on Saturday.
A field of 10 teams from across Leicestershire and Rutland took part with some great skill and enthusiasm displayed by all participants.
Playing in both warm sunshine and through heavy showers, Mowbray Rangers U10 Jaguars put in a great performance to remain undefeated after six matches.
They were eventual runners-up to tournament champions Royce Rangers, from Oakham, who sealed victory in a penalty shoot-out.
