Footballers' bag pack raises hundreds for Asfordby Amateurs

A number of young footballers attached to Asfordby Amateurs FC have helped raise money for the club by taking part in a series of bag packing stints at Morrisons.

The players from all the Asfordby sides helped shoppers put away their grocerieson Saturday which raised £921.10.

MarkColeman said: “All the teams did a stint from 9am to 4pm. The lads all really enjoyed the hour stints they did and raised an absolutely fantastic amaount of money for the club.

“Thanks must go to Rob Morrish at the store and Sarah Wilson who helped organise the day.”
