Everyone for tennis at Hamilton?

Since the club re-opened last month, following the Coronavirus lockdown, a court booking system has been set up which chairman Gordon Hughes said was working well.

He said: “Looking at the court usage and the fact we now have the booking system it gives us an opportunity to think about how to better utilise the courts, particularly court six.

“To this aim we are going to trial pay and play for non-tennis members at £10 per one-and-a-half-hour session on court six from 9.30am each day.”

Members can book up to 10 days in advance and non-tennis members can book five days in advance.

Clubhouse facilities remain closed for now and players must adhere to strict guidelines.
