South Notts Cricket League: Great Dalby seal unbeaten season; Old Dalby promotion bid goes to wire

Toby Heaver hit an unbeaten 115 off just 84 balls chasing 160-8.

Bottesford were relegated from Division C and finished bottom despite ending the season with a winning draw at home to Ellerslie.

Next season they will play Hickling who finished sixth in Division D after a mixed season of nine wins and eight defeats.

But Wymeswold missed out on joining them as they ended the campaign one place outside the promotion positions in third.

Kinoulton’s strong finish to the season took them away from trouble in Division G in sixth place.

Openers Will Duncan (109) and Tom Holmes (109) both hit centuries to claim a 155-run home win over rock-bottom Gotham.
