In-form Old Dalby cruise to West Bridgford win

OLD Dalby maintained their challenge for back-to-back promotions with another one-sided win.

The visitors won the toss and put the hosts into bat, but rain delayed the start of play for more than two hours, reducign the match to 28 overs per side.

When play finally commenced, tight bowling by Dalby kept the run rate low as West Bridgford were restricted to 56-8 from their alloted 28 overs.

After tea, Dalby clocked up the runs in no time at all to end on 60-2 in 10.3 overs. The main run scorers were Joe Gant (25 not out) and Michael Coulter (15).
