Clawson Dairy goes for gold again
LONG Clawson Dairy has been a gold run recently, from producing the world’s most expensive Stilton with gold leaf to winning gold at the National Cheese Awards 2012.
And staff went for gold once again when the arrival of the Olympic torch in Melton brought with it a convoy of sparkling gold BMWs, giving residents a chance to enter a competition to win tickets for London 2012.
Maggie Walker, marketing director at Long Clawson Dairy, said: “It’s fantastic that we were chosen to support this competition. The cars caused quite a stir in the village.”
The cars also visited Vale View Equestrian in Old Dalby which is used by some of our top three-day eventers.
