Melton boxer Callum Power eases past Tamworth opponent
Melton boxer Callum Power eased to a comprehensive win last week to maintain his impressive record.
The Melton Amateur Boxing Club man travelled to Corby on Friday to face Tamworth opponent Niall Hatton over three rounds.
Power opened up from the first bell with straight rights and followed with two upper cuts on his way to winning the first round.
His boxing was exceptional as he went on to take the next, and though Hatton came out throwing punches to try and rescue the bout in the final round, Power again got the better of his rival to take the contest on points.
