Black Friday 2020 vacuum cleaners sales still on- Shark, Dyson, GTech and Robot Cleaners

Black Friday is now here, and there are terrific discounts to be found on household appliances.

In a year where many of us have spent much more time in the house than ever before, keeping the home clean and liveable has never seemed more important. Pair that with the excess dust, grime, and dirt that accumulates when more bodies are spending more time in the house, and a sturdy vacuum cleaner has never seemed more essential.

Here's our round-up of the best vacuums on sale at the moment in the Black Friday sales. We'll update this as new deals come to light.

Shark Flexology True Pet Anti Hair Wrap Cordless, £299 (was £479)

Instagram house-cleaning superstar (yes, it's a thing) Mrs Hinch helped make this vacuum famous, and her adulation for it is well founded. The advantages of a bagless, cordless vacuum are easy to spot - go anywhere in the house, don't have to faff with replacement bags - but the best element of this is the 'anti-hair wrap technology'. If you have a furry, four-legged creature about your house, this vacuum cleaner will ensure you no longer have to spend your life scraping their hair off the soft furnishings.

The best deal we've spotted is at Currys - £299, available here

Shark Anti-Hair Wrap Upright Vacuum Cleaner with Pet Hair Removal, £197 (was £349)

If you're after all of the above, but don't mind a good, old-fashioned cord, then this model is your smartest buy. You'll still have an impeccably cleaned, allergen free house, you just have to plug the vacuum in. Not much of a hardship for the comparative price to the cordless version.

If you're an allergy sufferer, this is your choice - their 'cyclone' system is renowned for eliminating dust and leaving the house particle free, eliminating sniffles.
