Crash victim absolves driver of blame
A MAN who was badly injured in a road accident in Melton in 1991 wants to tell the woman driver involved that he doesn’t blame her for what happened.
Paul Templeton (37), of Melton, was just 16 when his bicycle was involved in a collision with a car at the junction of Sandy Lane and College Avenue on January 14, 1991.
