Teenage driver injured after car rolls on B676

A young woman was taken to hospital after her car rolled over on the B676 near to Six Hills on Saturday.

It happened near the Ragdale turning just after 5.30pm. No other vehicles were involved.

Two fire crews, police, paramedics and the Magpas Air Ambulance attended the incident.

Magpas doctor Zoe Smeed and paramedic Dan Cody treated the injured teenage driver. A Magpas spokeswoman said: “The Magpas team assessed the woman who had sustained an injury to her arm. They assisted an East Midlands Ambulance Service paramedic crew to treat her minor injuries.

“The woman was then taken by land ambulance to Queen’s Medical Centre, Nottingham, where she was in a stable condition upon arrival.”
