The event now in its fifth year will be held from 10am to 5pm, at the Old Brickyard Tea Garden at C&C Plants in Eastwell Road.

The free family friendly event always has something that is a little different on offer with this year being no exception.

There will be face painting in Cake Cottage, crafts in the new art shed and fairies to spot in the Secret Garden. Refreshments will be served throughout the day and visitors can meet the sock dragon by following the sock trees.

Anna Stasinska, owner of the tea room, said: “It’s certainly beginning to look a lot like Easter. The lovely lambs are skipping in the fields around the tea room.

“There are lots of footpaths crisscrossing the fields up here, so its a great place for a walk with the kids at Easter and stop in for tea and cake.”
