Teams will compete for shield at Asfordby Hill Vista charity quiz

The first contest for the shield to be won is on Saturday, at Holwell Stute, Asfordby Hill, where the family’s quiz will raise money for Vista, the Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland charity improving lives for people with sight loss.

Team of four are invited to enter at a cost of £5 per person which includes a light supper, a bar and raffle with lots of great prizes.

Each member of the winning team will receive a medal in a presentation box along with the shield to keep for a year.

Richard said: “We have created quizzes to raise money for a variety of charities over the years and as a family we will chose a charity each year to support at our annual quiz.”

Richard is aiming to raise over £1,000 for Vista this year and has already raised £500.
