Steam train set to arrive at Melton

Crowds are expected to gather at Melton Mowbray Railway Station on Saturday morning when a prestigious steam train passes through.

A No.45596 Bahamas steam locomotive is due to arrive around 10am at the town station en route from London to York.

The train will also be at Oakham at about 9.40am and Syston Junction after picking up passengers in Melton.
