Fundraiser for horse sanctuary charity raises £390

Supporters of Pablo’s Horse Sanctuary carried out the collection, sold merchandise and put on a tombola with prizes such as Kindles donated by Tesco’s staff.

Pablo’s Horse Sanctuary in Long Clawson is a registered charity that looks after horses and ponies whose owners either could not or would not look after them.

Currently the sanctuary needs donations to refurbish its water and guttering system to help with the care of more than 90 rescued horses and ponies.

Founder of Pablo’s Horse Sanctuary, Carole Fielding, said: “We are extremely grateful to the staff at Tesco for letting us turn up and I would like to thank them and the kind generosity of all their customers.”
