Police are investigating the theft of the eight-week-old sprocker spaniels which are thought to have been taken from the garden of a property on Dalby Road between 11.30pm on Sunday and 3.30am on Monday.

The family had put the pups up for sale but they are concerned about their welfare and were upset to discover they had been taken overnight.
