Melton man in court charged with having weapons and Class A drugs
A 36-year-old Melton man has appeared in court charged with being in possession of weapons in the town centre and carrying quantities of Class A drugs.
Syed Hasnobee, of Sherrard Street, pleaded not guilty to having a kunckleduster and a pocket knife in Sage Cross Street on January 15 this year.
But he admitted having both diamorphine and cocaine when he was at Keyham Lane police station in Leicester on the same date.
Magistrates sitting at Loughborough remanded Hasnobee on unconditional bail until March 19.
