Asfordby Valley man flouted Covid restrictions
A 30-year-old Asfordby Valley man admitted flouting coronavirus lockdown restrictions when he appeared before magistrates.
Marcus James Dack, of Brook Crescent, was found to be away from his home address and in Discovery Drive, Melton, on April 26.
Dack received no penalty for the offence after his guilty plea was taken into consideration by magistrates at Loughborough.

Hide AdBut he was fined £250 for refusing to give a specimen of blood after being suspected of having driven a vehicle.
Dack was disqualifed from driving for a year and also ordered to pay £34 to fund victim services and £85 court costs after admitting the charge.
