The well attended event on Saturday (May 21), was put on in aid of the Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland Air Ambulance (DLRAA) and organised by Helen and Rick Hamblin with their team of helpers, Abi Skinner, Brian Shaw, Glen Uston, Sue England, Mick and Leanne Roberts, Simon and Sarah Elliott.

The group raised an astonishing total of £745.98, despite the fact that some of the roads in the area were closed due to a serious car collision - which the DLRAA attended taking the injured swiftly to Leicester Royal.
