Free family summer fun day to be held in Melton Country Park

A free family summer fun day will be held at Melton Country Park next week.

The event, hosted by Melton Council, will be held close to the visitor centre, off Wymondham Way, from 11am until 2pm.

There will be sports and games activities organised by the Melton Sports and Health Alliance and local police officers will also be dropping by.

***The next summer band concert at the Band Stand in New Park takes place on Sunday.

Stamford Stompers Dixieland Jazz Band will be performing from 2.45pm to 4.30pm.
