Plans submitted to build block of 15 apartments in Melton

Melton Borough Council will consider the outline planning application for a site at 66 Dalby Road.

The applicant, David Sutherland, want to build 10 one-bedoom dwellings and five with two bedrooms.

The plans show provision for 21 car parking spaces to the rear of the block although precise details on the scheme will be announced if a full planning application is put in.

The site currently has a vacant bungalow on it.
