AN equine back, muscle and joint specialist is holding a taster clinic at Pablo’s Horse Sanctuary in Long Clawson on Sunday from 10am to 5pm.
Dr Ray Smith will be teaching horse riders how to check a saddle for its correct fitting, how to assess a horse’s legs, heart, renal system and spine and will be teaching exercises to keep horses supple and free-moving including massage techniques.
There will also be demonstrations on rider fitness and flexibility as well.
Admission is £3 at the gate with children under 14 going free.
